Guaranteed Delivery Date - We guarantee to ship your order on-time using a method that the courier guarantees to deliver your order on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date that is calculated by the production time and shipping method selected by customer. If there is a delay in transit due to a mistake by the courier we will refund you the amount the courier refunds us. If there is a delay as a result of circumstances out of the control of the courier, including but not limited to, adverse weather, train derailment, late train, late plane or earthquake we will be unable to offer any refund. If the delay is the result of a mistake on our end you can refuse delivery and we will issue a full refund once your order is returned to our facility.
We reserve the right to upgrade a product to a higher quality one, but we will not downgrade a product.
We reserve the right to alter production days, shipping method and carrier selected by customer (Fedex or USPS instead of UPS), but will still meet the delivery date.
All shipping days and production days are BUSINESS DAYS and do not include weekends or holidays. Our daily cutoff time is 2pm CST. Any order placed after the cutoff will be treated as though they were placed the following day. If customer selects a production time and shipping method that does not meet their needed delivery date we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
*If you are providing your own artwork, delivery date may be pushed out if artwork is not truly “print ready” or if we do not receive artwork at time of order or shortly after. If you are using our design services, delivery date may be pushed out if we do not receive proof approval in a timely fashion. If your order is time sensitive and there is an artwork or proof approval delay please call our customer service number and make us aware. We will do everything possible to try to meet your original delivery date.
100% Money Back Guarantee - If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our workmanship you may return your buttons for a full refund. Buttons may not be returned without first obtaining a return authorization code from our customer service department. ALL buttons must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order and shipped back to us via UPS. We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return.
We do not offer refunds for color discrepancies unless you have paid for a PMS color match and provided the Pantone numbers.
We do not offer refunds if you do not like your button size or shape once you receive your order.
We do not offer refunds for any artwork errors noticed after you received your buttons if artwork was provided or a digital proof was approved prior to production. Please view proofs carefully before approving.
Payment Policy - Payment is due in full prior to production at time of placing order. We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PO's can be accepted only via phone order and after credit approval by our CFO.
Checks - Any declined checks will be given an added fee of $25. Any PO paid late will be charged a late fee of $25 plus 18% APR interest. All PO's are Net 30 Terms. Net 30 is defined as 30 days after the order is shipped payment is due.
Order Cancellation or Change - If you decide to cancel your order for any reason after submitting payment you will still be responsible for 50% of the order total even if your order has not gone into production. If your order has gone to production you cannot change or cancel your order. To find out current state of your order call our toll free number.
Artwork Charges - All orders, excluding those that submit Print Ready Artwork will be subject to a graphics fee. Print Ready Artwork must be sized, include bleed, and be in a flattened image file format such as PDF, PSD, Tiff, JPG, EPS, AI etc. (We do not accept Indesign Files) We offer Button Templates to assist in setting up Print Ready Artwork.
Artwork sent in a Word or Publisher document will require an Artwork Conversion Fee of $20 and customer must approve a proof prior to production. If you submitted your order with one of these formats we will automatically charge the credit card you provided to pay for your order $10 each.
All artwork charges include digital proof and 2 free modifications. Each additional proof needed will be $10 each. If you require more revisions we will automatically charge the credit card you provided to pay for your order.
Graphic Design Fees are non-refundable.
Digital Proofs - If we need to design or modify your artwork or if you request a digital proof prior to production, the turnaround time to receive your proof will be prioritized based on the Delivery Date you selected. See chart below for proof turnaround expectations and keep in mind our graphics team hours are M-F 8 am - 6 pm CST
0-1 Days - in 4 hours or less
2-3 Days - in 24 hours
4-7 Days - in 24-48 hours
8-11 Days - in 3-6 days
12-14 Days - in 7-9 days
We try to give a courtesy call once a proof is sent. If you are using our design services, delivery date may be pushed out if we do not receive proof approval in a timely fashion. If your order is time sensitive and there is an artwork or proof approval delay please call our customer service number and make us aware. We will do everything possible to try to meet your original delivery date.
Quotes - If you need a quote for budgeting purposes please request a written quote. Written quote price will be honored for 30 days, however due to the fact that we produce custom products and have limited capacity delivery dates in written quotes are not guaranteed until we actually accept the order, provide an invoice, and accept payment in full. Verbal quotes are not guaranteed.
Under-run Policy - Unlike other button companies that have 2%-10% under-run policies we guarantee the number of buttons you order will be the number of buttons you receive. You can order the exact number of buttons you need and have confidence your order will not arrive short.
Sales Tax - If order is shipped to Minnesota, sales tax will be charged in a separate transaction.
Color Matching - PMS color matches are $20 per color and require that you provide a Pantone number for each. We print in a 4 color process (CMYK) so we cannot match all colors exactly, but we do get a lot closer to desired colors if Pantone numbers are provided. We do not offer refunds for color discrepancies unless you have paid for a PMS color match.
Trademarks and Copyright - All logos and button designs submitted or approved by customer must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, related laws and acts and is the responsibility of the purchaser. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, SpeedyButtons.com will not be held liable under any circumstances.
Order Acceptance - All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If we decide to cancel your order after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP; LIMITED LICENSE TO USERS - When submitting orders, you may have the ability to upload your design, logo, trademark or other such content to be placed on the promotional items. The intellectual property ownership of all such customer-submitted content will remain yours. We will claim no rights to your logo, design, slogan, trademark or any other content that you submit with your order. In the event that our graphics team is tasked with the designing of any of the content, We will be the intellectual property owner of all such content it creates on behalf of its customers, and unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties, We shall have the right to reuse any such content in the satisfaction of any other order. Except as expressly agreed upon, all customer-submitted content will remain confidential and we will not post such content on the Site without your prior consent.
DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT - At times, and with the permission of the customer, we may, for self promotion and to assist our users, allow for the presentation of promotional items that we manufactured for our customers. When placing orders, our customers warrant that the material that they submit (logo, design, slogan, trademark) belongs to them and does not infringe on another’s intellectual property. Nevertheless, we recognize that there is a possibility that infringing material may end up on our website because of the submissions of third parties. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing us with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail): A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material; Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail; A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION - By accessing this Site, you and SpeedyButtons.com agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site, its Materials, and Services shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and SpeedyButtons.com also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Courts within the State of Minnesota with respect to such matters.
